Prime Minister of Saxony Congratulates HHL

A visit to SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator (l2r): Saxonian Minister of Justice Sebastian Gemkow, SpinLab's CEO Eric Weber, Prime Minister of Saxony Michael Kretschmer, Leipzig's Deputy Mayor of Economics Uwe Albrecht, Dean of HHL Stephan Stubner

Michael Kretschmer, Prime Minister of the Free State of Saxony, congratulates HHL on achieving excellent results in the Graduate Barometer published by the trendence Institute.

“Knowing that Germany’s leading business school is in Saxony is more proof of the premium research and instruction in our state. HHL was founded 120 years ago as Germany’s first commercial college by the Leipzig merchants to secure economic success in view of internationalization. The shareholders of the private university managed to continue this tradition as HHL significantly contributes to the Saxon startup scene as well as the education of entrepreneurs and executives. Today, HHL is not only Germany’s most popular university among management students but also the only business school in the region of Central Germany with international reach.”

Thank you

…for this wonderful praise which outlines HHL’s relevance for the region and its startup scene as well the international recognition of the school! Thank you also to our students, clever and critical minds, who would recommend their HHL 100%.

The empirical basis of this year’s trendence Graduate Barometer “German Business Edition” are the responses to a survey from 13,646 business students during the 2017/18 winter term. In a comparison of 107 universities in Germany, the private institution HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management reached the top rank in five out of eight categories, once again leaving behind a large number of public and private business schools and universities.
