Dr. Stefan Niemeier, 42, is a Senior Partner (Director) at McKinsey & Compa. Besides serving his clients, Dr. Niemeier is responsible for McKinsey’s consumer goods & retail practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In 2000/2001, Stefan Niemeier attained a doctorate with Prof. Dr. Arnis Vilks at HHL.
Manuela Buxo, 40, is Vice President Global Categories & Innovation for Sanofi’s Consumer Health Care business based in Paris, France. Before that, Mrs. Buxo worked for Bayer in its prescription drug as well as over-the-counter business, in both operational and strategic positions with increasing responsibility in Germany, USA, Mexico and Switzerland.
Jochen Klueppel, 42, joined Grazia Equity in 2002 and since then has worked as a successful Venture Capitalist discovering and developing the market leaders of the future. Successful companies include Conergy, MisterSpex, Statista and Moviepilot. In 1998, Mr. Klueppel graduated from HHL´s first class K1 before joining McKinsey&Co., followed by an exciting time as a founder of an internet start-up in 2000.
After graduating from JLU Gießen with a degree in Business Administration, Prof. Dr. Hutzschenreuter, 44, obtained a doctoral degree from Handelshochschule Leipzig in 1997, where he also completed a post-doctoral degree in 2001.
He served as a Professor for International Management at Boston University in Massachussets and as a guest lecturer for the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in North Carolina. From 2002 to 2015, he held the Chair of Corporate Strategy and Governance at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He was recently appointed as Professor of International Management at Technische Universität München (TUM).
